Heimdall Bot is an independent community information and support service for Empires & Puzzles players. It is operated by Iman Business Solutions Pty Ltd in Australia. In this policy, “Heimdall Bot”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Heimdall Bot service and its operator.

Heimdall Bot is not an official Small Giant Games, Zynga, LINE or Meta service. Those businesses and platforms have their own privacy practices.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to the heimdallbot.com website, the Heimdall Bot automated service, related administration tools and supported rooms, groups or channels where Heimdall Bot is available.

When you use a third-party messaging, social or payment platform, that provider may separately collect and process information under its own privacy policy, terms and account settings.

  • Payment administration: where paid access is offered, payment status, billing period and a transaction reference. Full payment-card details are normally handled by the payment provider rather than Heimdall Bot.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, health information or other sensitive information through bot commands or ordinary support messages.

  • confirm approved user, room, group or channel access;
  • operate community administration, warning, restriction and ban controls;
  • provide technical support and respond to enquiries;

  • administer an applicable paid-access arrangement; and
  • comply with legal obligations and protect our lawful rights.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

  • to authorised Heimdall administrators who need it to operate access, support or moderation controls;
  • to hosting, database, messaging, payment, security or technical service providers acting for us;
  • when you ask or authorise us to share it;

  • where reasonably necessary to protect users, the public, our rights or the security and integrity of the service.

We ask service providers to handle information only for the relevant service and to apply reasonable security safeguards.

The basic heimdallbot.com pages do not require you to create an account. Our hosting provider may still create standard technical logs, including IP address, request time, browser information and requested page, for security, diagnostics and reliable delivery.

8. Retention and Security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes described in this policy. Routine technical logs may be kept for a limited period. Access-control, warning and ban records may be retained for longer where needed to enforce restrictions, protect communities or prevent repeated misuse.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service. No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us to confirm whether we hold information about you and request access, correction or deletion. We may need enough information to verify your identity and locate the relevant record.

In some circumstances, limited information may need to be retained where required by law or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or enforcement of a valid restriction.

You can stop direct bot interactions by no longer messaging the bot. A room or group administrator can remove the bot from a community, subject to the rules and controls of the relevant platform.

10. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of information associated with your Heimdall Bot use:

  1. Email privacy@heimdallbot.com with the subject line Heimdall Bot Data Deletion Request.
  2. State the messaging platform you used and provide your platform display name and, where available, your user, room or group identifier.
  3. Describe the information or interaction you want us to locate.
  4. Do not send your password or other sensitive account credentials.

We may ask for additional information to verify the request. We will process a valid request within a reasonable period and will confirm completion or explain why particular information must be retained.

11. Children

Heimdall Bot is a general community game-support service and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from young children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information may contact us to request review or deletion.

12. International Processing

Messaging, hosting, security or other service providers may process information in Australia or other countries. Privacy protections may differ between countries. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and limit shared information to what is required for the relevant service.
